All orders are custom-made to your specifications — design, size, material, cut style, and quantity.

Once you approve your order, it moves into production and is final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after approval, for any reason, including change of mind, ordering the wrong size, material, or quantity, or production and shipping delays.

Please review your design, size, material, cut style, and quantity carefully before approving — once approved, an order cannot be modified or cancelled.
